TENNIS MEMBERSHIP                         t 

The Penn Tennis Center is open the Penn and local Philadelphia community. Membership is required to book court time and receive preferred pricing on programming and lesson packages . As a member you can use the tennis courts at the Hecht Tennis Center, or the outdoor Hamlin Tennis center. No public tennis teaching is allowed at either facility. 

Membership is not required to enroll in private lessons, clinics, and programming. Non-members will be charged a non-member rate when enrolling in a given program, lesson, or clinic.

Court fees are per hour and are in addition to the Membership Fee. Click here to view our court reservation rates.

All members of the Penn community wishing to purchase a Tennis Center membership must have a valid PennCard at the time of purchase to receive the Penn affiliated pricing on membership and court fees.

*Penn Students must activate their membership at the Hecht Tennis Center with an active Penn ID prior to booking courts. 

**Spouse/Dependents within the Penn Community are eligible to receive the same membership discount as the primary member (for example: spouse of a faculty member would enroll in Membership at the faculty rate).  
To receive Penn Community pricing, spouse/dependents must obtain a PennCard.

***Junior memberships can be purchased by those patrons who participate in the lessons and clinics offered at the Penn Tennis Center. Junior memberships will not be sold for the sole purpose of reserving court time.

As a prospective student-athlete, you are susceptible to many NCAA violations and amateurism risks in regards to communication with NCAA Coaches and Institutional Boosters.
